The monthly Rolleston News, which is delivered on the last Wednesday of the month, is delivered to approximately 9,500 homes and businesses in the Rolleston and Burnham townships, as well as the parts of the Rural Deliveries that link them together.

Jan Thomas is the owner of the Malvern and Rolleston News and takes great pride in being local and bringing news and information to the community. She has co-owned the newspaper since 2002 and has lived and worked in the area for much longer. In 2020, Jan became the sole owner of the business and is enjoying being a significant part of the community.
The newspaper celebrates the positive aspects of life in Malvern, including sporting achievements, arts events, activities by service groups, local shows, fundraisers, and entertainment.
